Shortly before moving out, you are required to contact one of our BaseManagers to make an appointment for an apartment inspection. This inspection will be held together with you to check the condition of the apartment and its furniture. Both parties will sign a checkout form. Depending on the checkout form, the next steps may include repairs and refurbishment, or the return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy agreement.
