Letters are delivered to your mailbox and parcels are delivered to your nearest parcel agent. If you, the customer, fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge you for the full value of the order in the uncollected parcel. Please note that if you fail to receive or collect a shipment, that does not count as a notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for your purchase. From the moment you receive an item, you, as a customer within EU have a right to cancel your purchases within a day period.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not companies. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you, the customer, are liable for the actual cost of sending back or returning the goods. It is important for the product to be sent back in unaltered, saleable condition in its original packaging.
